Blood spots on the carpet outside of the bathroom, unknown substance on shower wall, curtains and carpet by the bed. Hotel is literally falling apart. I booked two nights prepaid. Asked to be refunded for the 2nd night since i wouldnt be staying for it. They said yes at the counter but then no to hotels.com for the refund. I stayed somewhere else the 2nd night as it was too gross to stay there again.

The hotel was refurbishing a section so there was no gym and no laundry facilities. I booked this hotel months in advance so there was plenty of time to be told about this. I probably would have changed my booking. Despite that, we enjoyed the breakfast and the pet friendly atmosphere and helpful staff

This was easy to find off the highway. Friendly clerk, nice lobby. Inside hallway doors. I was on second floor with a heavy suitcase, so the stairs were a small challenge.
