Customer service was horrible!!

Made a reservation online through hotels.com. I had requested a handicap room. Upon arriving my wife goes to check in and the person at the desk explains we booked an upstairs room which is not even an option He then wants to charge us $10 to change us to a handicap room. Then hold my dl until I come in so he can see I am handicap. It was total BS. Then we get up and try to shower it is broken and it takes almost 2 hours to get anyone to do anything. Very disappointed after the high rating Might want to check ADA also. You can’t charge me more for a handicap room.

Twin Peaks Hotel

I chose this hotel because it is close to my brother's house in Longmont. The view of the Twin Peaks is amazing!!! I had an issue with the TV, but the hotel staff fixed that for me. I think there could be a few more breakfast items such as fresh fruit.

Where do I start. Upon entering the room the ceiling light was out. I asked for a wake up call for the next morning but could get one because the phone in my room was completely dead. The noise from the street was horrible - better window insulation would be great. The shower offered either ice cold water to scalding hot water within seconds....no in between or control. Breakfast was a joke they offered biscuits and gravy...the biscuits were good but the gravy tasted like warm water. Lastly the air conditioner noise was outrageous...so loud, but did keep the room cool.

There was a fair amount of traffic noise. We basically left early, not making the effort to get a cancellation or refund as it appeared unlikely to be successful or easy. Our family has warned again about the problem caused by 3rd party bookings. I really just did that on an unlikely potential emergency need. Lesson learned.
