This property is the perfect place to stay in Nederland! It is walking proximity to great restaurants and even a grocery store if you need it! Just to the side of the property you can pick up a nice walking trail that leads you to the reservoir for fishing or just a nice walk. The staff are wonderful and the hotel has a nice area over looking the town where you can play many board games that the hotel has for guests! My children loved their stay here!

Needs new mattress

Carpet in common areas needs to be updated. The room was great except the mattress the divots on both sides of the bed were deep enough you could have hid in them. Very uncomfortable mattress. Location is great.

What a great location and lodge! We stayed in a family suite and had so much room! And you can easily walk to all the delicious restaurants Nederland has to offer. The staff went above and beyond!

This was a last minute stay for us, as we had an unexpected change of plans. I didn’t have time to do any research before booking. The hotel is right on Boulder Creek and the lobby is inviting with seating and access to the patio on the creek. The rooms, however, are dated and feel dirty. And the continental breakfast (which opens at 8am) was a disappointment. They offered waffles and a selection of Costco bagels, cereal and snacks.

This was such a cute lodge in the heart of Nederland, CO. The included breakfast hit the spot and the rooms were perfectly comfortable. However, the best part for us, was the game room upstairs. Our kids loved hanging out and made full use of the common room.

How strange to ask guests not to request additional toilet paper until the roll is depleted? This property is showing its age: worn and not very clean. In addition, there is no coffee avail on the property before 8am. Not very convenient for jet lagged travelers. None in the rooms, nor lobby. When did coffee become a luxury? Finally, breakfast was also interesting. The area blew a fuse, a known problem if more than 2 of the appliances are plugged in. That’s ok, here’s a shared butter tub with barely any left. I know you are the only hotel in Nederland, but don’t you want to do better?
