Elevator was out of service, we had to use the stairs. The sheets of one bed were dirty. No breakfast in premises ( coffee and mini muffins).

Advertised continental breakfast was false... unless you like Mini Muffins and old coffee. Room had all amenities of coffee pot, fridge, and others. NO COFFEE in the room. Had to go to front desk and ask, Bathtub and toilet were still dirty from previous guest. I had a 2 night stay and room was not refreshed between. Went to front desk to ask about coffee and the nice lady went to the pool area that is now used as a storage area (and looks to be a death trap) to get some from the maids cart. She was being very careful to NOT fall into the empty pool. OSHA or dept of health need to address this hazerdous situation rapidly.

The toilet would not flush without either using both hands and full force to push down on the flusher, or taking the lid off and pulling the metal rod inside, which would also shoot some water up.

The staff was very nice to help us but when we arrived at our room the floor was so dirty the bottom of my kids feet turned black. The front desk woman came and spot moped the door which helped but it was still pretty dirty.

Im staying again.
The shower is huge and tall. Bed is comfy with a duvet, many layers of sheets, matress topper and bug matteress. Good makeup mirror. The efficiency is awesome with everything you will ever need. Love the no carpet. Only 2 negatives: mold in shower corners and hair. The floor wasnt visibly dirty but my white socks picked up that it was a little dirty.
