Logement sale de la poussière des feuilles a tabac sous le lit Des poils sur le lavabo et sur la tablette de la salle de bains Torchons pour la vaiselle tacher Une jolie surprise nous a attendu lors de l'ouverture de la fenetre de la cuissine (des chaussons). La tele ne fonctionne pas Le lit en fer n'ai pas tres confortable Très gros doute sur le faites que le menage soit fais entre chaque occupant. Drap et serviette de toilette sont changer

Je n’y retournerai pas
Établissement très bruyant, aucun respect des résidents durant la nuit, beaucoup de passages et de bruit. Je suis arrivé dans un petit studio qui avait une très très forte odeur de cigarette, moi qui ne fume pas, j’ai dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour pouvoir respirer, sachant que je travaillais sur place la journée et que la nuit ce n’était pas mieux… J’ai attrapé froid à force de laisser la fenêtre ouverte et en rentrant chez moi, j’ai fait une lessive de toutes mes vêtements qui sentaient le tabac. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet endroit qui est pourtant très bien placé. Il y a des travaux de voirie dans la rue principale à quelques dizaines de mètres J’aurais aimé être avertie que je ne pouvais pas accéder à l’endroit en voiture, sans devoir faire un gros détour !!

Logement agréable, et fonctionnel. J'ai apprécié pouvoir prendre un café ou thé à mon arrivée, c'est une gentille attention. Le logement est doté du nécessaire pour se faire à manger et pour tout le quotidien. Il manque peut-être 1 ou 2 torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle ou les mains, une poubelle supplémentaire pour permettre le tri sélectif. Dans la salle de bain j'aurai également ajouté une petite poubelle de toilette et je n'aurais pas choisi ce support à papier toilette qui fait que le dernier rouleau touche le sol.

Ayant réservé une suite studio supérieur dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel de 4 jours, j’ai été agréablement surprise la résidence. Facile d’accès, avec un parking aérien et souterrain à proximité, l’accès sécurisé avec caméra à l’entrée et dans le couloir menant au studio est très rassurant surtout pour une femme seule en déplacement . De plus, la propreté de la chambre est parfaite , ayant fait tomber un objet sous le lit, je craignais le pire en allant le ramasser et j’ai été surprise de constater que TOUS LES RECOINS du studio étaient propres ! Le seul aspect qui peut être «gênant » est que le sol de l’étage au dessus fait du bruit lorsque quelqu’un s’y déplace, cependant aucun bruit de rue, le logement est bien isolé. Je n’ai pas pensée à prendre de photos mais la suite du studio supérieur bleue est belle et bien conforme aux photos transmises. Je reprendrais avec plaisir ce logement et le recommande vivement.

Logement très bien situé, simple mais efficace, il est possible d'y cuisiner un peu, le seul bémol serait le matelas du lit convertible, assez mou et usé (avec le creux au milieu). Les indicateurs sont claires et il y a effectivement un parking à 5 min à pied.
