I checked in and checked out within 30 minutes. The place was horrible, not fit for human dwelling, will not recommend anyone. Stairs to 3rd floor not carpeted and the carpet in the hotel is ancient and dirty, beds look horrible, not as they appear in pictures. I checked out as soon as I saw the room.

As discussed previosly. Filthy room, broken crockery covered in bird excrement on the roof adjoining our window. Lift out of order so my wife was unable to get up the stairs. Rude and unhelpfull staff claiming it was all expedias fault not thiers. Shocking!

Manageress and receptioinists really excellent.Lack of a lift (broken for a long time) and maze like setup of corridors and rooms quite confusing and got lost several times. Room reputedly on third floor was actually fifth floor when walking up stairs. Not easy when carrying luggage. Last two floors via fire escape stairs, no carpets and low lights. But all amenitiies provided in room.

First room had no window but we asked to change. Room was fine, needed bits touching up so it isn't immaculate, but with the price you can't complain. Was a pool quote busy think the swimming system for waiting needs to be improved. Massive hotel, had arcade area, some parking, area to sit outside, live entertainment, and best of all it was quiet so we slept. Can't complain. Would return and very family friendly. Has breakfast and dinner options but we didn't eat so cannot review. About half hour from town walking and ten mins from the beach.

Very good value for money. Especially having a swimming pool. Great choice at breakfast time. Could of been another shower . One for using before entering pool. And one for use after swimming. Because if two people need to use the shower at the same time, this is not an option.

Great staff but pool out of order.

The staff on site were amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately a couple of times during our stay the electricity went out, we were told this was caused by works on road. Also the whole stay the swimming pool was not open, this was our main reason for picking this location. So this was annoying and basically ruined the trip as the hotel goes.

It was good but there was only one towel ready for us instead of three ,which makes it incomplete. The pillows were a-bit higher than usual , which made our necks hurt, and the fan wasn’t strong enough. But it was a good stay overall.

Unfortunately, the pool was not in operation due to maintenance. The room was old and no thermostat available to control the air, the room was boiling. Tried purchasing bottle of water but none available, no shampoo/conditioner in room. Pillows were hard and sheets were stained. The friendlyness of the staff was to e bare minimum. The hotel was run down.
