Our stay at the hotel was for 2 days. Room was clean and the location was about a 10 -15 minute walk from the beach, gardens and town centre. Would stay at the hotel again.

The hotel was fine. Bilal on reception was very helpful. The room was old and tired. The carpet didn’t seem clean, the floors were marked, the bathroom counter was heavily scratched. The grouting and sealant in the bathroom was going and black patches were left. The air con made the room smell musty. You could hear the people in the adjoining rooms and in the corridor.

Fantastic Location

Decent size room, very clean rooms, big size beds and to top it all off fantastic air conditioning for the hot weather, would stop here again in the future if I ever go back to Bournemouth.

A good choice for a much needed break away

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcomed The hotel was clean and tidy Our from was spacious and clean and thank goodness the air-conditioning worked !! The beds were comfortable - not the best we have every slept in but comfort Breakfast was really good - hot and plentiful The staff were continuing checking the food and cleaning tables Everything was done with a smile We would definitely stay there again and would definitely go to any of their other hotels based on this one

Great choice!

Such amazing place to stay as a family. The room is spacious and has clean rooms and good facilities. Everything is explained by the staff during check in times. Good food to start the day with their buffet breakfast.

I spoke to.reception about water leaking from the air conditioning unit and an engineer was called . He failed to.sirt it out and were kept awake all night .

Great location and parking too although that was extra. WiFi not good in the rooms. Breakfast very good, hotel overall very clean. Shower in the room could have done with a bigger door as water went everywhere. Beds comfy, tele good too.
