This is our second time we have stayed with you the first time was really nice. This time we stayed we stayed in the annex copper beach. It was very dusty all around the edges of the carpet also ripped The toilet was way to small for me as bigger person and having a disabled. you need to provide some entertainment for guests maybe just abit of soft music in the background and someone to come in and sing we will not be coming back

Stay was terrible seen one thing on photo while booking and received something else. Floor was not vacuumed properly. Cattle in the room was rusty inside unacceptable when I m travelling with kids. I arrived late no food at least uber eats

The property is very dated. The pool is a nice bonus. But it is very tired and needs the surroundings upgraded. I didn't see anyone attending the pool for cleaning. But I was only there for 2 nights. But I would return

We enjoyed our stay here very convenient for buses to and from Bournemouth and beyond. Swimming pool was good. Room very clean apart from the broken shower, well serviced.

Room ok, but too hot so air con would be nice, very thin walls and floor boards a bit creaky. took a while to check in as couldn’t find booking, but good in end, good location room fine and spacious but decor/bathroom could do with an update. Pool nice, games room needs refurbishment, but good for price.

Tbh only the breakfast and waitress serving the breakfast and the car parking were the only plus points. The room we were given an asylum seeker would have rejected. Cracked floor tiles, dodgy plumbing, tatty carpets and the bed had seen a lot of action, unable to sleep most of the night. Sorry but would advise to find somewhere else to stay. Shocking.
