Good hotel and staff. Nice rooms Fridge in room bit noisy when trying to sleep. Main quibble.Assumed hotel parking was free but found out that's only if you book direct. Had to pay an additional £12 per day to park! Even then, spaces not guaranteed.

All in all a good stay. Clean and bright. Bar was a little slow for the amount of people staying and that also caused breakfast issues . Staff worked had to make amends and that meant a lot. Perfect location for what we needed.

When arriving receptionist said I wouldn’t eat in here if I was you I would go next door. The swimming pool area was filthy. The changing room was disgusting. The pictures online are not what you see when you get in the swimming pool area. Don’t know when the last time they were cleaned., When we came out, we complained to the receptionist and she said maybe swim in the evening it’s more quieter. The restaurant was closed all day on the 30th of November so we had had to eat elsewhere and also trying to find a bar person was impossible. Definitely will not stay there again.

Great room with great view. Good breakfasts and very friendly staff. Zahra in reception was exceptional. She was very friendly and helpful. Alina in the breakfast room was exceptional too. She looked after us very well from day one. A big thank you to both of them and the rest od the staff. Definitely coming back.

Gaffer tape on carpets to hold them together. Thin walls - could hear everything. Lucky if you can park in car park. Swimming pool shared with two other hotels, so packed and children allowed in the evenings, so noisey. No privacy in the pool changing room. Needs a lot of TLC throughout.

Good spot facing the sea,nice area.Room was tiny and should have been described as compact ruther than standard.Hotel full of coach parties and very old people.Breakfast was ok,but once the trays were empty there was no restocking of food,so get down there 45 mins before it closes to make sure you have enough to eat.

We stayed at the Suncliffe Oceana for the air show and I have to say the staff were excellent organising everything, especially the parking. The front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay and the surprise of evening entertainment was lovely. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely be back to stay again.
