Clean but lumpy beds with parking issues
Clean hotel, ok setting, friendly staff, ok buffet. Bed was awful though and needs replacing. There was limited parking and despite charging £10 per day for parking they do not guarantee you will have a spot which is unacceptable. No water dispensers on each floor as advertised by the website.

I was very disappointed with the beds. We had a double bed which were 2 single beds of different heights pushed together and the pillows were like concrete. Staff were very helpful

For the price, excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for where we were going for the night ( Soul on the sea, which is on the pier ) . Hotel had everything we needed, was clean and tidy and bed was comfy . Would happily stay here again.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the city’s main attractions, although like most places in the area, you’ll need to walk uphill to reach it. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and pleasant. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: despite the chilly 8°C weather, the heating was turned off, which made the room a bit cold. Additionally, the walls seem thin as I could hear neighbours talking in their rooms. Parking is limited, so it's best to arrive early as it's challenging to find parking nearby.

Family Trip
Lovely hotel, clean room. Very spacious. We had the room with the partition wall, which was just lovely. Only downside, breakfast wasn’t great.
