the hotel does not accept online reservations or credit cards, So i was obligated to pay in cash, then I receive another transaction for the room already paid.

ARNAQUE

L'HĂŽtel est gĂ©rĂ© par des charlatans Les problĂšmes avec l'hĂŽtel le caĂŻd Ă  Bou Saada ont commencĂ© dĂšs mon arrivĂ© le lundi 27 mai. Ayant rĂ©servĂ© par le site hĂŽtel.com qui eux mĂȘme passe par un autre intermĂ©diaire IDH TOUR, il m'a fallu plus d'une heure pour pouvoir accĂ©der Ă  ma chambre car apparemment il y des problĂšmes entre IDH tour et l'hĂŽtel et cela Ă©tĂ© Ă  moi d'appeler les plateformes pour qu'il transfert l'argent Ă  l'hĂŽtel. Une fois ce problĂšme rĂ©glĂ© ayant enfin accĂšs Ă  ma chambre, problĂšme de pass qui ne veut pas ouvrir la chambre, 5 minutes Ă  chaque fois pour arriver Ă  ouvrir la chambre, je m'aperçois que la clim ne fonctionne pas, (comme ds tout l'hĂŽtel d'ailleurs), et pas d'eau chaude non plus. Je me dis que cela peut arriver et que cela va ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©. Deux jours plus tard je me rends Ă  la rĂ©ception pour leur faire part de mes problĂšmes car toujours pas de Clim (je rappel qu'il fait entre 35 et 40 degrĂ©s dehors) ni d'eau chaude. La rĂ©ception me dit que c'est en cours de rĂ©paration et que ce sera sĂ»rement bon deux jours plus tard. Nous voilĂ  deux jours plus tard et toujours rien, je demande Ă  changer de chambre pour avoir la Clim et de l'eau chaude, malheureusement apparemment l'hĂŽtel est complet (alors que je croise pas grand monde...) du coup il me trouve une chambre avec deux petits lits minuscules mais toujours pas de Clim et avec une Ă©norme fuite ds la salle de bain qui Ă©tait inondĂ©e ( tempĂȘte de grĂȘle hallucinante ce soir la)...........

Chambre vieillotte. Climatisation en panne et non rĂ©parĂ©e. Frigidaire pas en Ă©tat de bonne marche. Prix payĂ© sur internet : le double des prix affichĂ©s ! La chambre supĂ©rieure VIP Ă©tait moins cher que ce que l’on a payĂ©
