The room was clean, but at 1000 pm someone banged on the door so loud I thought they would break it down. This only happened once but the room we had was right off the parking lot for the hotel and bar so I think they need some security presence. The beds were great but the windows are old with old blinds. This meant that we could hear the street noise and the sun woke us up at 6 am.

From check-in to departure and location it was all excellent

Amazing hotel - lovely room, incredible sea view and stunning pool with scenic views. Great location but prepare to hike up a steep hill after wondering around Airlie Beach - but it’s worth it!

The Mirage Whitsundays is a beautiful resort. The rooms clean, the views spectacular, the staff very friendly, and the grounds beautiful. The pools were nice but not heated. Our one disappointment was the restaurant which we were told is under different management. The food in general was hit or miss. I truly believe that with a little extra attention this resort would easily be 5 star.

Amazing place to stay! Loved the staff they helped us with everything we needed and provided helpful recommendations, loved the views, the location, the amenities in our apartment, it was like a little paradise!
