I was staying here because my house was under remodel.
Was okay... Not having housekeeping was strange.
After checking out though, they charged me $50 without explanation
It's ok for a necessity, but the roach infestation itself is deplorable. One stove eye didn't work, the stove fan didn't work, it was impossible to rinse hair after shampooing because there was no water pressure, our feet turned black immediately when we walked on the carpet, the shower was blackened, there was a huge hole in the drywall from the shower rod being torn into the wall. I have plenty of pictures of everything and yes they are time stamped.
There was no battery in any smoke alarm that I saw. Later, I found that this is due to most patrons smokin inside. Small cockroaches and other bugs were so common I had to kill them on the counter while cooking on the stove top. The fridge was covered in rust on one side. The AC unit has mold or mildew under it as well as being able to see how it was slowly becoming detached from the wall due to what looked like water damage. After seeing that so late at night my only option was to go buy a cot and sleeping bag so I could sleep there for a night. Staff was inconsiderate to these conditions and told me they weren't going to help me at all because I signed a paper saying that room was okay (which if that seems logical to you that you can forfeit your expectations and the hotels duty to health and safety of the occupant by a signature than by all means stay here). Do not stay here, you are better off tent camping by far.
If was absolutley filthy. Dead bugs caught in cob webs on the walls. Had holes in the walls. The bathroom door had to have a home cut in it for it to open past the toilet. The eye on the stvetop did not work. The carpet was so filthy it was gummy in spots. I travel with my job so I stay in many hotels. And this was by far the worst. I booked nonrefundable for 4 weeks but only stayed 1 week. So I lost about $1000.

Was scheduled for a late check in due to flight landing at 7 pm. They were supposed to have everything ready and did not. This caused us to have to find other accommodations for the night at 10 pm. Luckily we had a family member about 45minutes away. Also, people were in and out of the room all week for the dumbest reasons, like we were doing something illegal and they were trying to catch us, considering the other people staying there i understand but we were traveling, not living week to week. The last day there they decided at 930 am, when check out is noon, to start cleaning right in front of our room, hanging the vacuum against the door and wall. I asked them to stop as we had a long day of traveling ahead of us to which they stated they have to clean that specific area per the manager. If you ask me they were trying to get us to leave early so they could re rent the room to someone else. While it was conveniently located and had a kitchen, the internet never worked the entire time we were there even though we paid for it and the cops were always there as well as a white truck who seemed to be running girl's, waited outside for an hour, then left several times throughout the day and night.

Nice staff. Basics probided but few towels and kitchen equipment.
This place is so dirty words cant explain. There was a huge blood stain on my mattress and the pullout couch had a big hole in the center of it. When i pulled out the couch there was trash stuffed in the back. Carpet made the soles of my feet black. House keeping comes every other week so be prepared to bring your own sheets, toilet paper, pillow covers and towels. More or less bring your own everything because you might not wanna use the blankets and pillows provided, no actually please don't. I only stayed here because i moved accross the U.S. and had to keep expenses down but never again. Hope this review was helpful to make a decision when its time for you to travel again. Be blessed

The chemicals that you all use to clean are way too much I have breathing problems and have had nothing but problems since I got here. I have had to go to the emergency room and get extra treatments for my breathing. I understand that you want the place to be clean and it is but you need to take into consideration the health of the people that are staying at your hotel and change the chemicals to something that doesn’t have such a strong smell
Very unhappy with management and how I was treated. Would really like to get in touch with someone higher up to address the issue

Wouldn't Recommend
This place failed to mention that the front office closes at 7pm. We drove 8.5 hours for the place to be closed. When we called the assistant on duty, he told us the office was closed and to come back at 11am the next morning & the manager on duty "would probably" still honor our reservation. The guy on the phone told my husband that we had to look at the hotels offical website for the correct times for the office hours. The check in times that were given on hotels.com was 3p.-9pm. A lady called me on the day of my reservation to confirm I was coming. It would of been nice to have a heads up that the latest someone can check in was 7. We showed up at 7:50. Needless to say, we stayed elsewhere for our whole stay in Bowling Green & by reading some of the other reviews, it was a good thing we ended up staying elsewhere. We stayed the dates for Holley LS Fest & hotels get booked up WAY in advanced, I would make a suggestion to this hotel that a front desk person stay later than 7pm on the dates for this event for the sake of people that drive from all over, to be able to show up & actually have a place to stay the night. I cant give a review for the actual room but from the reviews, it isnt that good in condition.
Made reservation 3 months in advance and was called at 6:30 pm on the first day of reservation and informed that the hotel was overbooked and that I didn't have a room. They also told me they could not help me find another room.
I traveled with work for 30 years and spent at least 100 nights a year in hotels and have never be treated as bad as this hotel did !!
I will never stay with them or any hotel in this chain again.
Place was horribly ran, went to get my room at 3:00 and was told it would be ready in a hour. So we went to our event for a few hours came back around 6:00-6:30 and was told our room would be finished in 30 min. Once we got to the room it looked like it had never been cleaned once. Hairs on the sink and toilet seat. And everything felt disgusting. Think twice before booking here.
Room was very run down and dirty.. strong smell of cleaning fluids but still dirty... only 1 towel and couldn’t even get an additional pillow... the area was great but I will stay next door or across the street next year
