There are billing errors and we have notified Expedia and as yet we have not received anything by way of a refund very very upset with the whole process I can't give Expedia a proper rating because the billing issues stand in the way

Beds are comfy and big, TV is great and big, room with plenty of space rates jump around weekends even though we were already there we were charged a higher rate on weekends and was charged a pet fee of 20.00 every night in addition to the room rent by the week. They do have smoking rooms to.

I felt like I was at the Indy 500 and a motor cross race!! I did not fall asleep until after 2am. At 11:59 someone started a car below my room, the car idled for over 20 minutes...never left his parking spot. Not sure what was up with that??? I realized I was near a busy street but the loud car motors, motorcycles, and music blurring...started in parking lot. I am not sure what was going on all night, it was a Friday night???

Staff was rude when arguing with us the consumer about charging extra even though our pets are ESA and service dog. We have been charged 20.00 over and above the room rate with all taxes we have been charged 20.00 each and every day for our service animals. When booking it clearly stated cost of room rent includes all taxes and all fees. Evidently this is not the case.

Front desk worker a joke
When checking in at night I asked if I could stay an extra hour or two because my business plans got delayed a couple hours. I didn’t want to wear my suit and my car and sit there for more than four hours so I asked if I could stay in the room and have a check out. The late night clerk said that was fine and wrote down a message. In the morning, I get a call from furious gentleman at the front desk telling me he’s going to charge me another night. Stay staying over for two hours. He also yelled at me and told me I need to leave within the next hour or he’s charging me anyway. Furious, I went to the front desk and very calmly asked why couldn’t they honor what I had requested for the reservation. He then yelled at me and told me to leave.

It was cheap, in every way. While I was grateful for an $80 king bed, I was not grateful for the drunk fellows wandering in the parking lot or my nonsmoking room that reeked of marijuana. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was minimal (gravy, waffles, toast, mandarins).
