Not new but good value
If you are looking for a brand new hotel this is not it, but if you are looking for a clean room with a very comfortable bed and good breakfast stay here. It is not perfect, but a good value.

Decent Hotel for Night Stay
We had an overnight stay in the hotel during a long road trip. The hotel is decent and budget friendly for one night stay. It has safe neighborhood and clean rooms. Although the breakfast is quite basic. This is a no frill hotel but would recommend for small families if you do not want a burden on your pocket.

The hotel's cleanliness lacks attention to detail. The first room was filthy with the day desk attempted to gaslight saying it was clean. Carpets need cleaning, badly. Window seals are broken and fogs in humidity. This building needs a rehab.
