Great hotel-shame on Expedia! This property was great and the staff were amazing! Expedia lost my reservation and never confirmed it with Sleep Inn. Sleep Inn set me up with a room anyway and gave me a better price! Derrick went out of his way to help us out.

Relaxing couple weekend

We had the king hot tub suite. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice, HOT water and relaxing. There was plenty of ice in the ice machine and was convenient and easy to find. Front desk employees were awesome and definitely showed “southern hospitality”.

Lady at the front desk listed to me complaining about my knees and hips and watched me put on a knee brace while I waited then took my payment, gave me a room key on the 3rd floor and proceeded to tell me the elevator is out of service...Ridiculous, I would have stayed somewhere else! The breakfast was just waffles or cereal and the pool is a tiny queer shape with no got tub not that I would walk down 3 flights of stairs for it anyway. This was my first and last stay with this chain👎

Elevator was out of service, had a wagon and a cooler to take to room with my 7yo daughter. Wasn’t told about the elevator being out of service until after receiving the room keys for a room on the 3rd floor. Had to carry the wagon with cooler up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Our TV & remote did not work. Our hotel phone did not work. The mirrors were not clean and the carpet needed to be vacuumed in the corners. Plus, the hotel elevator was not working. The breakfast consisted of waffles, cold cereal & yogurt.

The front desk staff was lovely. All the interactions we had with them were top notch. It was a full house and they were amazing. The elevator went out during our stay. And we were on the 3rd floor with a million kids. Not fun. But otherwise its great. If youre coming here for continental breakfast, this isnt the one. It was clean and organized. But they only offer cereal, yogurt and make your own waffles. They did have a few options for hot tea tho which i enjoyed.

Bathroom had black mold, room had dog hair everywhere and carpets had like powered stains, and the internet was not accessible for the two nights I was there. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other same priced hotels. Front desk staff were lovely and nice.
