It was okay but they have a strict no smoking policy which fellow room neighbors did not follow (smoking right outside their door and mine). Was afraid the smell of marijuana would stay clung to the furniture in my room and i would get blmaed.

The hotel itself was ok, but the sheets were terrible. They had some holes in them and a few little stains. They were see-through and very scratchy. Unfortunately, that made me rate the comfort and cleanliness much lower than if we would’ve had good/decent sheets.

We reported smoke detector was missing and wires were exposed. Front desk said would fix asap. Never fixed and only made excuses at checkout. Coke machines out of order. It was clean but linens mismatched and towels very thin.

For the most part, nice room for a night. Would have been nice if they could’ve turned the AC on in the room just a little, to make it at least comfortable upon arrival. We had been out in the heat at a drag strip all day and a little AC would’ve been inviting!

The host was not aware of the change in the arrival date that was handled by Expedia. Luckily, she was able to get us into a room. I had arranged a date change at considerable expense with Expedia and they botched it. Clerk said this happens with Expedia from time to time.

Poor customer service

Had issues with checking in. The rep at the front desk had issues finding my booking due to their internal system resetting at 3 am. I had to cancel the booking and book again just to match the date with the system which wasn’t the correct date. Not sure the rest of the details. All I know is the lady gave me hard time because I booked online and it wasn’t matching with her system. Checking in should be that hard.
