Nice Stay

My stay at Woodspring was one of my better stays in a while! The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was all fresh, the trash cans had extra bags available, ample space to hide away any luggage or bring in additional items. There were literally only two negatives to this hotel. One being that the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. (Just bring some headphones, you'll be okay.) And a silly one, the light in the bathroom is motion sensored and turns off after a bit of time on it's own. If you're taking a shower or spending some extra time on the toilet, you can expect to spend a few seconds in the dark while the light figures out you're still in there. All in all though, great experience at Woodspring Suites! The next time I visit Bowling Green, they will get my business.

The property is new and everything was done nicely. I found the guests to be a little loud, but that happens occasionally. Would have been nice to have a some kleenex and a spare roll of toilet paper in the room, and the base of the bed creaked every time I moved, but those were minor things. Overall It was a good value and a good stay.

The property is brand new but also bare bones. Not even a hand towel or tissues in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there were teens running up and down the hallway until 5:30 am and our immediate neighbors were "very active" from 4:30 am until 7:30 am. Bad design to put headboards on either side of the wall, as well as not make sure there was plenty of sound insulation in the walls.

It's a new, clean hotel in a good location, for a good price. The problem is that it's the new style of construction, which means the walls are paper thin. Barely slept, because the neighbors were talking loudly, babies were crying, and families with young kids were in the hall at about 2 in the morning. I know, not the hotel's fault per se, but if you want good sleep, it'll be tough to do here.

Only complaint was laundry room required either debit/credit card or download app to use machines. Also, machines could be a larger size as this is supposed to be an “extended stay” venue. All machines were on the smaller side.

Staff was nice and place was clean. It was a really nice place to stay. The only issue I had was the room got way to hot and it didn't cool down, even when the AC was turned on. Otherwise it was a really nice experience.

Decided to stay here because they had full kitchen which makes it easier with 3 kids however they don’t offer plates, pots,pans , silverware or cups . Very strange ! You want the luxury of having your beds made like you should at a hotel forget it at this place . If you do want your sheets changed they will charge you ! Worst hotel ever! It’s funny because I talk to locals and they told me it’s for long term contractors . Even so contractors are suppose to bring their own pots and pans !! Never again !
