Okay for what I needed

This hotel clearly used to be a very nicely run in well maintained hotel but it's definitely lost a little bit of the magic. My room was okay. It was clean and quite spacious but the HVAC didn't work and since my hotel room overlooked the pool, I had no fresh air the whole weekend. Also the hotel is extremely poorly soundproofed, actually there's none at all. It was also evident that there had been some very recent water damage throughout the hotel. It's an okay place to stop over if you need a point of reference during your trip but I wouldn't recommend staying there for anything other than that.

Needs a Reno

This hotel is tired and dated. Mold in the bathroom. I went to the desk 2x to ask about a late check out. Never found anyone. I ended up calling reservations for the late check out. This used to be a great hotel a decade ago.

I walked in and I walked out. We did not stay. Outdated and worn out. We booked for 3 adults and found one king size bed. It was not poolside it was on second floor. It was just run down and unappealing.

The pool was not heated as stated. The pool area is beautiful. The room was shabby and was missing the lock mechanism on the top left hand side of the door.

I got to the hotel, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! I check out the room, I found a dirty used makeup wrapper in one of the drawers so I know they didn’t clean that out, but the rest of the room was very clean. I took a bath and when I got up and tried to use the handicap handle, it pops right off, definitely not safe. I could hear the tvs in the next room so the walls are thin. But the bed was comfortable and the hotel was gorgeous. I walked around down by the gazebo’s and the water fountains and pool and it’s breathtakingly gorgeous! I will definitely stay here again.

Not worth it

The staff were all lovely. The room and hallways were not kept nice and looked dirty. The room felt like a prison cell with no art or decorations. The shower head clearly had not been cleaned in a LONG time with white rust marks across the whole thing. I wouldn’t believe they’ve ever deep cleaned the rooms even if they told me they did. I rented a room with 2 queen beds but they were NOT queens they were doubles which were not only very uncomfortable but also too small to accommodate 3 larger women. It was tough. I didn’t get any sleep. The pool area was lovely but the pool was not heated which was odd so we didn’t swim because it was too cold. Overall very disappointed and I won’t be back. Not worth it unless they have secret rooms somewhere that are actually comfortable and match what they say online.
