The place was unorganized, 205A has a bug problem. I killed 3 spiders, 6 ants, and too many roaches to count. Not once did anyone come to bring new towels or check on the room. When I left a day early because they wouldn’t transfer me to a different room and I couldn’t stand the bugs anymore, they said that they couldn’t reimburse me for the extra day since I booked through hotels.com. I will never stay at the nova inn resort ever again.

I felt that my stay at Nova Inn Resort was an overall very nice experience with a friendly staff who demonstrated good customer service and handled all my questions as a new client with genuine care and respect. The room was tidy, clean , and gave off a sense of home in which I found it to be a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great Location, But Needs Improvement. It offers a quiet sleep. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere will be relaxing once they finish the construction. However, the presence of bugs in the room detracted from the experience. While the issue wasn’t severe, it’s something the hotel should address. If you’re okay with this drawback, it’s a peaceful spot in a fantastic location.
