Otel çalışanları çok kibardı. Otel çok temizdi, her şey yepyenidi. Otelin yeri çarşının hemen içerisinde, yakında otopark var, otoparka kadar golf arabası ile eşlik ediyorlar. Kahvaltı farklı ve güzeldi. Her şey tazeydi. Çalışanların bu kadar güler yüzlü, ilgili ve kibar olduğunu ilk defa burada görüyorum. Çok memnun kaldım.

geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar tertemiz, personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Check-in’den check-out’a kadar hiçbir aksaklık yaşamadık.

O da girişim saat 14.00 dı ben çok erken iniş yaptım ilk defa geldim odaya bir kahvaltı bile vermediler o saate kadar adada gezdim:( odalar çok güzel otel çok güzel ama imkanlar yetersiz kahve makinesi yok televizyon yok tek başıma tatil yapmıştım onun dışında otel güzel kaliteli ama ben ilk gün mağdur oldum haklılar kendi politikaları olabilir ama kahvaltı saatiydi o kadar yoldan geldim alın ücretini dedim yok bir daha ne Bozcaada’ya giderim ne de bu otelde kalırım :)

Geçen sene önünden geçerken dikkatimizi çekmişti, iyi ki gitmişiz. Çok beğendik. Oteli zaten çok özenerek dekore etmişler. Temizlik, ikram hepsi çok iyiydi ama ben en çok personeli sevdim. Hepsi çok güler yüzlü, saygılı, cıvıl cıvıldı. Bir daha Bozcaada ya gidersem başka yerde kalmam. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum

Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi,rahat bir konaklama geçirmemiz için Melih bey de otel sahibesi de ellerinden yardım severliği gösterdi.Çok temizdi,cafe de ki arkadaşlar güzel ilgilendi ,kahvaltı doyurucu ve lezzzetliydi.Otelin plajı olup servis hizmeti vermesi de bir avantajdı.Tekrar Bozcaada da kalacak olsak hiç düşünmeden bi ada oteli tercih ederiz
