Batteries out on the remote. Told housekeeper and she said she can’t do anything to speak to the front desk? At check in they should mention that pool towels need to be picked up at the desk. Or given towels at check in. ? My daughter had a room across the hall and her toilet was disgusting. Hair on the bed ? She wasn’t happy ! You will probably hear from her! Not sure how often the hot tubs are checked and cleaned ? Lots of people in and out of them! Particles floating - had to get out!

The staff when we arrived were extremely unhelpful and very rude. I had reserved a king suite and we were put in a small room with a king bed and none of the amenities that were listed.

Major construction going on with unsafe working conditions, lifts over sideways and main entrance. Construction equipment and debris on sidewalks, blocking doors, in parking lots. Very unsafe, needs an OSHA inspection to protect workers and guests at this premises.

We only stayed here one night enroute to West Yellowstone but would have definitely stayed longer if we were to remain in the area. The aesthetics of the interior of the Inn was beautiful and the staff was very nice and helpful. The exterior was under renovation but it was still fine. To experience the full effect of the interior, I would request an interior room as opposed to an exterior room. The location was perfect and a quick drive to the cannery district with some cool bars and restaurants. Our stay was very short, but enjoyable.

Wow is this a hidden gem! We are Marriott reward members, but when we say the price for the Bozeman Marriott, we looked elsewhere and found this hotel. Would never stay anywhere else, if there was a C'mon Inn available. Beautiful hotel, nice clean rooms, so much to do. We had our grandkids with us and they loved it too! Pool, hot tubs, taxidermy displays - everything clean and so nice!
