Awful experience

I will never stay at a Days Inn and Suites again. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra in the room when I arrived. 3/4 of the light bulbs were missing. There wasn’t enough shampoo or conditioner left in the pump bottles for a shower. There was a centipede on the floor in the bathroom when I turned on the light. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was tiny. I didn’t even go to the offered breakfast after the rest of my experience. I have stayed in many hotels on this trip and this was by far the worst one. I can’t believe I was charged over $200. I would like as much of a refund as possible after describing my experience.

While we booked a king bed online we ended up with a queen bed, however they upgraded us to a room with a large Jacuzzi tub but we were there for such a short amount of time we didn't even get to use it. With all the wall unit ACs running it sounded like you were in a jet engine turbine so there was no way to have a conversation if I was at the vanity curling my hair and my fiance was reading options of places to go eat. The cleanliness of the room was not great, there appeared to be what I want to believe was melted chocolate in spots all over the floor and the tub in the shower took forever to drain which I hate standing in my shower water. The staff was friendly and let me check out an hour late after running my fiance to the airport at 4:45am so that was also nice along with the quick access to the interstate.

Location is good. That’s it.

Great location. Close to everything: shops, food, hikes, downtown Bozeman and the fair grounds. Cleanliness was bad: stained bedding, the mattress to the pullout was disgusting. We went to Walmart and bought an air mattress. The sink area had yellow stuff around it. Crumbs on the floor by bed. We got a one bedroom suite with 2 queens and the size of it was a plus. The room was humid and hot. The breakfast was free. It wasn’t terrible but we chose to go somewhere and pay instead.

The room was nice but the cleaning could be better. Dirt in corners of bathroom,dirt in shower walls and ceiling,microwave was dirty . The staff was ok. The complementary breakfast was average, no towels in swimming pool area but the location was good and short walks or drives to shopping and restaurants
