The only complaint was that the bed was too soft and sagged on the edges. Didn't sleep well. The young man (we are in our 70's) at thefront desk person was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was very dim and seemed like there was a light missing. Breakfast was served early but it is a tight area. The bed felt worn on one side and the pillows were not comfortable.

We made reservation for 5 people They denied and said they don’t have any for five They accepted the reservation before for 5 but repeatedly with other customers who had reservation for 5 and we all had to fight for our rights Not a pleasant experience to arrive in the evening and told we can’t accommodate u Hotel.com need to review that seriously
