The toilet in the room wasn’t flushing, ask the front desk for help and game me a plunger. And told me to use the washroom by the front desk during my whole stay. Not comfortable at all.

Smaller rooms, better price. The only problem was the tv wasn't working that great. Didn't spend much time watching it but it was a slight annoyance. Other than that the value was very much worth it. Also only 15 minute drive to the airport.

Would not stay here for more than 1 night

Would not recommend. Stayed for 3 nights. They never made the room despite requesting it on several occasions. One of the mornings there was no hot water to shower. Front desk said on 2 occasions that they would make it right by issuing a credit. They did not follow through with it. Apparently they say that to make you feel good. Also, a certain lady at the front desk was terribly rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately we did not get name as she refused to provide it.

We were on a road trip and hadn’t planned to stop. Fatigue took over and we decided to look for a safe and affordable place to get some sleep. I found and booked our room about an hour before we arrived. We were not familiar with Microtel and had no idea what to expect for the price. We were pleasantly surprised! The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and informative. Our room was conveniently located and comfortable. We got up early and left before breakfast so I can’t rate it. I would definitely stay here again.
