The property and staff gregarious and hospitable. The Hotel is unique and has a wonderful local quality. Clean sanitary and served awesome breakfast! Unfortunately problems in the neighborhood and the City do pervade the Hotel and the staff seem stressed and overwhelmed Policing the neighborhood.

Staff friendly but seemed stressed and overwhelmed. It is a sanitary Hotel unfortunately tourists and locals have overwhelmed the Hotel with unreasonable demands and expectations. Bozeman is infiltrated with organized crime human trafficking and it does affect the Hotel in terms of safety. This is not a Family friendly neighborhood and its honestly not fair to bring Children into an environment where staff are exploited by the local Government.

The room and facilities were clean but the room was tiny. The photo of our booked room included a picture that lead me to believe i would be getting a room with a kitchenette but it wasn't the same room advertised in the photos. The Continental breakfast was pretty sparse. There was also a weird full length mirror behind the bed that covered the whole wall which seemed a little creepy to me
