Desk attendant was not very friendly and was unapologetic about the lack of pool towels. I understand these things happen, but it was not a great start to what was otherwise a good stay.

The front desk staff was accomodating and attentive to my needs. On arrival, I went to my room and found that it was not a jacuzzi suite as I had requested through Expedia. I went back to the front desk agent who promptly handeled the problem. I was then re assigned to a jacuzzi suite as desired. Apparently there was an issue with Expedia or the hotel staff about the type of room rented. All in all, the issue was resolved immediately.
