I selected the room with the jetted tub in the picture. Upon arriving I found out the room I selected did not have the tub like pictured. Just disappointing we didn’t get the room we wanted

We stayed here last year and it was such a great experience that we made it a meeting point for a family trip with a stay on each side of our trip. Both reservations were for a room with a king sized bed. The first stay came with the quality we expected except for a fridge that did not work which wasn’t a huge deal as others in our party had working fridges. We were in a king suite and everything was clean and comfortable. The second stay at the end of the trip was awful. We were given a “leftover” king handicap room with a small stall shower taken up by a seat which flipped up but left nowhere to put any toiletries. The horribly uncomfortable bed sagged, squeaked, caused a sleepless night and backaches before an early flight back to the east coast. The four pillows on the bed were the size of throw pillows and we had to ask for a “full sized” one from the desk. We were so disappointed as we’d made these reservations back in the spring and felt like we were given the leftover rooms that need upgrading since we didn’t check in until after 3 pm. We certainly will be looking for another place to stay for any future trips to Bozeman.

Used the hotel as an overnight before going to Yellowstone National Park, very convenient from the airport, the rooms were simple but very comfortable, breakfast in the morning was good. The rooms were quiet, we had an outside light on our window which meant it wasn’t pitch black but the blackout curtains still did a reasonable job. Would use again when we next go to Yellowstone!

The carpets in the rooms of this property are disgusting. The bathrooms are in serious need of repair. We got in really late, so in addition to our phones, we asked for a wake-up call, and never received one. Checked the phone and it's not even hooked up. The clock is the room was set for the wrong time, we asked for housekeeping twice on our stay and never received it once. Had to go and ask for clean towels at the front desk. The front desk staff was absent because she was making breakfast. The only good thing about this property is the location.
