The hotel is in a rough neighborhood. Bed very uncomfortable. Had a room next the the elevator so very noisy whenever that was being operated.

The value for the money just wasn’t there. I’d rather spend a little more to be at a hotel in a better location. There were homeless people just out of the entrance to the hotel. We had to get a new key card several times because ours stopped working. The breakfast was sub par. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the star rating on Expedia. It’s not deserving of the high rating.

Horrifying. Transients lingering around and some were throwing things at my truck while I was driving (also other guests vehicles were hit too). NO parking available for all guests. I was forced to park at McDonalds next door (per the front desk). This was a very crazy experience like none I have ever encountered and I travel ALOT.

There was an Awful smell of the second entered in the room. It was hard to ignore. Made a difficult to sleep. Had an itchy nose in the morning of. Morning Manager was something out of a movie almost like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, but the female version. Breakfast was nonexistent, we didn’t even eat. Wouldn’t recommend this to anybody it’s last-minute desperation.
