The staff was great. The clock in the room was off and we couldn’t fix it. No local channels on TV. Asked for help but young man couldn’t fix. The chair arm was chewed up. The AC was impossible to change. The breakfast was terrible. It would have been better to go to McDonalds.

The neighborhood has a homeless problem, but the facility and service was great. We had no issues during our stay.

I felt the surroundings very threatening with the homeless conditions. I also was very disappointed with the breakfast of just cereal and min muffins, also juice and coffee. The Accommodations were not worth the price I paid for the room of over $200. I will think twice ever staying at another Baymont.

False advertising online. No coffee available and the continental breakfast was horrible. But you took my money!!! Homeless live across the street and were fighting late at night. Would not recommend staying here.
