Check in was fast and simple. Reno was great. Area around the hotel is where a lot of the city's camping residents live. They're trying to make a living in the most expensive town in the state and don't bother anyone. Hotel seems clean and quiet. Dove products in the bathroom is a flex I didn't expect. This is a solid choice for a cheaper hotel. Mcdonalds across the street, Map brewing less than 5min away make it a great place for me

Great bed! Spacious room and bathroom counter. Carpet looked like it could use some help. Fire code issue- East exit door by the stairs would not open from the inside. I told the manager on duty, he apologized and said it doesn’t work all the time, he knew about the issue. I never got it to open from the inside, worked fine with my card coming in from the outside. Fair price, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again for the same price. The door was a legitimate safety hazard!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was great! Room was very large, but a bit outdated. The only problem I had was that there was a large population of homeless people living in tents just a few hundred feet from the hotel. I was nervous leaving my bags in the car overnight, but didn’t have any issues.

The Motel is situated with a homless people shelter just across the street. The neighborhood felt very unsafe with trailors, tents and car wrecks scattered around.

The amount of homeless living around the entire hotel, Made us feel immediately unsafe. Our suite cases are sitting outside our house because we felt bug bites on ankles while laying in bed. The texted at 8 am asking when we where leaving.

Nice room, but...
It's a nice reasonably priced stay. The room was clean and very quiet. My only complaint is that the City of Bozeman MT allows the homeless to camp all along the streets in the area of the hotel.

Waterslide! Very fun place! But.... in the ghetto.
The Hotel itself is fine. The issue is the homeless camp outside the windows and not enough camera's on that end of the building leaving a sense of fear a car may get broken into. While i was there i saw a hit and run while walking my dog. The hotel is good, we loved the water slide and pool. Room was clean and in good shape. Hotel staff were friendly.
