To Expedia: We were delayed due to weather and were not able to arrive for this reservation (Aug27-28). My husband tried to cancel but could not speak to a person before we had to board an alternate flight. Would it be possible to get a refund or partial refund?? I enjoyed my stay here overall. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. It is exactly what you would expect for any SpringHill Suites. My one big complaint is that they charge you daily to park in their parking lot. I was blown away. $15 a day for the parking lot around the hotel. I’m not sure why. There are plenty of options in Bozeman so I think they should rethink this policy.

This is a great hotel! The breakfast is delicious! The room with 2 beds and pullout couch is great for families. They had a nice happy hour pizza special in the lobby. It is close to the airport. Great family stay!

Excellent stay!

This was the perfect location to end our trip to Yellowstone and the grand Tetons to fly out of the Bozeman airport. The hotel is in a great location, the room is very large, beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was great! We had a great time hanging out in the bar during happy hour and met some really amazing Staff.

Our room was sold so we had to go to a different motel by same company but was a shock and didn’t help a really bad day but Ian ray at the courtyard Marriot was awesome right off the get and made the whole experience better and turned it a better weekend because the job he did to help me feel worth something and helped take care of us on a very hard weekend with family issues and a long trip so I can say Ian saved my families weekend
