We had a great nights stay. We went up the road to grab corn and were able to throw them on the bbq provided. The room was very clean (no smell). Staff was so nice and we were surprised it even included coffee/muffins in the morning. Will be back!!

The property was okay. It was clean and we had everything we needed. When we first checked in I did inquire about moving rooms as our ground floor room had a common-use deck space and eating area under the only window. I was told it wasn’t possible. So if the curtains were opened at all, other guests would be looking in our room. I was told no one used the deck. This did turn out to be true however it felt odd to have to keep the black out curtains closed at all times in case someone did decide to use the deck area.

Excellent spot

Excellent stay! Highly recommend. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, fast internet.Quick access to park, close to a fee eating options as well as Richards seafood. 20 min drive to Charlottetown.

Room was spotless, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and anmenable. Only real complaint is the pool was cold. Thermometer said 22 degrees. Pools should be 25-28. But it was clean and nice. The hot tub was out of service during the time we were there.

FRENCH VERSION TO FOLLOW. The hotel was okay, but there were several disappointing aspects. The bed was very uncomfortable, sinking in the middle, which made it difficult to sleep. Although the room was cleaned, the beds were not made and no fresh supplies (washcloths, soap, shampoo) were added or provided for the second night, which was not sufficient. The indoor pool was 72 degrees, so freezing cold, with no towels provided at the pool and no chairs to sit on. $500 for two nights is far too expensive for what it was. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)Hôtel était ok, mais plusieurs éléments décevants. Le lit était très inconfortable, s'enfoncant au milieu, ce qui rendait le sommeil difficile. Bien que la chambre ait été nettoyée, les lits n'ont pas été faits et aucune fourniture fraîche (débarbouillettes, savon, shampoing) n'a été ajouté ou fournie pour la deuxième nuit ce qui n'était pas suffisant. It's a good spot if your comfortable with being fully accosted by staff who thinks that recording an encounter asking people to quiet down for the first time is ok. To be approached in the dark with zero warning while being filmed and the staff member making no indication that he was an employee of the accommodations. Never. Again. Thankfully our children were asleep because that was beyond unacceptable.

The flush did not work properly.. had to use the gaebage can to poor water down to make is flush. Even after i complained. Had some lotion taken from my room .. an my room was entered by staff even though we did not request for the room to be cleaned. .

The property is really well located, it is walking distance to Brackley Beach, The Dunes art gallery and gift shop and good seafood restaurants. The Northwind Inn and Suites offers great services to its clients !!! We were there a few times and will definitely go back.

Just ok

Hotel is nice and clean but not much around. We booked for the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not functional when we got there which was quite disappointing. Breakfast was muffins and coffee only so should be listed as continental and not breakfast included.

The hotel is very clean. And it has big yard that kids can run and play. A osprey couple nests in the backyard peacefully which is an extra benefit for living here. Our family is a big fan of bird watching

No cleaning of the room, even when requested. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Had a basket in the room when we arrived saying if we wanted to leave anything for the housekeepers efforts to leave it in here. I find that very insulting even more so that we didn’t get any service!
