Escala is a great hotel. Small, with excellent service by owners Adrian and Claudia. What I especially liked is that they provided me with customized suggestions for what I might like to see in town, something that Google Maps or Claude would not have been able to do. I hope to return to Cluj and if so will certainly stay at Escala again.

It is a first class apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We loved the rooftop lap pool and hot tub. The bathroom is amazing. The parking is ample on the street and free! Our room was spotless and we appreciated having our laundry done by Marta while we were out exploring museums and the nearby forest. The location is ideal, especially close to the futbol stadium. Thank you Cosmin for being so attentive to our requests, it was a pleasure to stay at the Bellevue’s.

What a lovely hotel stay this was. The room was large and clean, the supplied breakfast was nice, with plenty of choice. The staff were so attentive, always asking if everything was okay with the stay. I’ve been lucky enough to visit 35 countries in my life, and I would say this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
