The breakfast service was not great… had to wait for coffee brewing, limited choices, no obvious trash can in the dining area. The room was good but there was some mold around the bath tub. Otherwise, very clean and well equipped.
Everything was very good except for a few small things that can easily be addressed.
Pros:
1. Near the historical district
2. A couple of restaurants within walking distance
4. Reasonable pet fee

1. The hallway had a very strong cleaning product smell.
2. The password for the WiFi needs to be written much clearer on the key card sleeve. After multitude attempts, I finally had to call the front desk. The first letter looked uppercase and the last number looked like a letter.
3. Our only toilet paper roll had just a few squares and we had no soap. I had to go to the front desk to get a roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap.
4. Breakfast needs to be earlier than 7:00 AM.
5. We went to breakfast a few minutes after 7. The doors were closed and there was no one at the front desk. A man walked past and informed us it wasn’t ready yet. We went back at 7:30. We almost didn’t stay as we needed to get back on the road. If you’re going to wait until 7:00 to start serving breakfast, you should have everything ready.
The friendliness, im from Mobile, Alabama and my truck was broke down for a couple days and the staff was very friendly to give me the run down of the town and where everything was located pretty much in walking distance
Horrible property. TV didnt work. Door lock didnt work.
Microwave was not there and they replaced it. But that microwave didnt stop or door was not opening. So it runs continuously. Atlast because of the microwave issue we couldnt make for an teain tour after driving for 75 miles one way.
Manager or owner was rude. Totally and worst experience.
Bathroom was dimly lit. Ladies take your lighted mirror. Exhaust vent dirty. It did not work well. Drain in
shower to slow to handle the water pressure. After a five minute shower the entire bathroom floor was flooded.
Very clean and current room furnishings. Area seemed quite safe and reasonably quiet. Only issue was parking, the lot was small an crowded as I had a pickup and small trailer carying my motorcycle. I made it work and the staff were very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was basic but I couldnt expect more for the price i paid. All in all I was very satisfied.
Check in manager was not personable. She could do the essentials of her job. However, the room keys did not work and I needed to return to her and get them fixed. Although she did fix them, she told me that if they still didn’t work, just yell down to her and she’d figure something out.
Breakfast was cereal or waffle machine or toast.
the staff was helpful ,, overall given the location we felt safe for a downtown place .. it could use some updating but i would stay there again if i am in the area . i would give it a 3.5
It wasbthe worst stay.
1. The air condition in our room was not working. They said as all the rooms are occupied we cant change the rooms. And we had to stay with 2 fans on in the room.
2. The chair was broken.
3. Tv had no connections. It wiuld just switch on without any channels.
