Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a good sleep, bed was very comfortable. Shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. Only downside, room was tired and carpet badly stained.

Excellent Christmas
Excellent break over the Christmas period. We visited Otley, Ilkley, Halifax, Keighley, Skipton and Leeds all by bus. Very convenient location for Public Transport. Christmas ballet in Leeds and excellent meals in Bradford - the Jinnah for Indian and Napoleons Casino for fine dining.

It's was a very good stay comfortable beds to sleep in also had a full on breakfast which was a buffet you can eat we much you like a good bargain guys not to be missed and stay very friendly.

The room i was in was on 1st floor and you could hear all the noise from outside like an window was open. Also there was no heating so it was very cold in the room. A not so well insulated room plus no heating in wi ter makes for a very unpleasant experience
