Great location. Very easy to access. Friendly staff. Lovely apartment

Lovely small hotel, a little further from the center of town than I might have liked, but it was all walkable. Excellent breakfast, different baked goods every day.

Nice modern apartment in the center of everything.

Fabulous location and wonderful stay.

There is no no Shower curtain and the door was damaged.

Our YourOPO studio was clean and well located. Everything was in working order. Check-in was relatively smooth, though it is a short walk away. Once you get to the office it was easy. One issue is the listing shows a washer and dryer. It was a single unit in the building that needed to be reserved. otherwise it was a great place.

I am extremely disappointed by how an issue involving two missing personal belongings was handled during my stay. After leaving the hotel, I realized that a pouch/bag and an expensive dress were missing. I am certain both items were left at the hotel and did not make it home with me. I checked my luggage and belongings thoroughly, and the hotel was the last place I had them. Guest Relations responded that they would check with the laundry service and hotel team, but neither item has been located. What concerns me most is that two belongings have disappeared without any explanation. The dress was expensive and not easily replaceable. I do not want to make an accusation without knowing exactly what happened, but these circumstances have understandably left me concerned about the handling and security of guests’ belongings. I would expect a thorough investigation and greater accountability when items go missing from a hotel room. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed my impression of the hotel, and I would not feel comfortable leaving personal belongings there again.
