I didnt like the attitude while checking in.. i had reserved a family room with 6 guests 2 guests under two... i got 4 day passes with the room and had to pay for an extra ticket. But was told under 2 is free. Could make since of the lady checking me in so i paid it and enjoyed out 3 hours of pool... we didnt get anymore time in the pool area because it was closed. During our 3 hours in the pool the staff in the pool area was great. All busy watching kids or cleaning.. this was our experience. Pool area great for kids younger ages.

I was very disappointed when we as a family tried to have pool time with grandkids and great grandchildren 2 nights in a row, there was teenage baseball players that ran throughout the pool not making it safe for the little kids. No respect for anyone. We were in room 324 Thursday Friday and Saturday. The staff did what they could to stop their actions. I don’t blame them. The parents were there too in the pool area drinking beer and soda and never said anything to them. I hope you’re able to get older help who won’t feel intimidated by these types of people. Been coming here with our kids for 25 years. Love the pool area, outdoor hot tub, breakfast, pancakes were delicious. Close to restaurants.

The Hotel room was great and the cleaner was so wonderful whem we needed extra towels he was frirndly and accomodating. The only issues were breakfast was sub par, on the second day the pool had way to much chlorine and my kids and husband had very dry skin and finally they need to keep a life guard at the top of there slides to coordinate the chaos.

I travel for work and the quality of the bed is a huge component along with the customer service aspect. Check in was lovely. Great front desk service. The room was lovely with two queen size beds. However, in one of the Queen beds, there were food particles. Depending on how management addresses this concern brought to their attention just before I was about to retire will determine my future patronage to this facility.

When we made the reservation, we accidentally made it for the wrong day. We got in late at night and had a long day. However, the gal at the front desk was still able to make accommodations and was extremely understanding, quick and friendly. The prices were great, room was very clean and they offered all eco-friendly products.

Nice place

This place was great for a quick night’s rest. Beds were really comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a variety of things including fruit, but minimal hot options. Loved their yogurt dispenser! We went to a cafe for better coffee. We didn’t come for the water park, but if you are make sure to check the open hours before you book.
