We really enjoyed our stay. The kids love the waterpark only thing I can say I was really disappointed in was the breakfast. I understand it’s geared towards kids, but it wasn’t great.

Our stay at Rapid River Lodge was amazing. Very clean hotel and waterpark was perfect for the kiddos. Only thing lacking was breakfast… if you’re looking for a hot meal in the morning, not much to select from.

Great Hotel and water park! Make sure you check waterpark schedule, it closed on Wednesdays. and Thursday mornings, so plan accordingly. On Wednesday we went to Safari Zoo, kids were happy!

We had a great long weekend stay at the hotel! The water park was excellent having enough to keep our family busy in the scorching heat. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is located in a great location close to several attractions as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The only downside was that the chlorine levels in the pool seemed to be high which caused our eyes to burn. Other than that overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay! Would recommend!

I didnt like the attitude while checking in.. i had reserved a family room with 6 guests 2 guests under two... i got 4 day passes with the room and had to pay for an extra ticket. But was told under 2 is free. Could make since of the lady checking me in so i paid it and enjoyed out 3 hours of pool... we didnt get anymore time in the pool area because it was closed. During our 3 hours in the pool the staff in the pool area was great. All busy watching kids or cleaning.. this was our experience. Pool area great for kids younger ages.

I was very disappointed when we as a family tried to have pool time with grandkids and great grandchildren 2 nights in a row, there was teenage baseball players that ran throughout the pool not making it safe for the little kids. No respect for anyone. We were in room 324 Thursday Friday and Saturday. The staff did what they could to stop their actions. I don’t blame them. The parents were there too in the pool area drinking beer and soda and never said anything to them. I hope you’re able to get older help who won’t feel intimidated by these types of people.
