Employee was scheduled to stay all week at hotel and stayed one night and found a cockroach in there. He stated this was very dirty and he was unable to stay there a second night.

Overall the conditions were acceptable in regard to cleanliness. Rooms could stand some updating and holes in walls from door handles should be repaired. The room we stayed in had damage to the bathroom door and the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work even after trying to "reset" The staff was FABULOUS!!! Very pleasant and accommodating

It’ll do….
It’s the only hotel in the close vicinity and it’ll give you a warm place to sleep. That’s about it. Needs a lot of improvements to the property.

Room was as expected for price! Property and room were clean, but decor was dated and room was worn. Upholstery on chair had a hole in it, walls were marked up, caulking in shower was cracked and dirty, and towels and pillow cases were clean but stained.

We reserved 2 rooms. Both of them had visible damage to wall or doors. Looked like someone punched with their fists. Very flat pillows. Only one per person instead of 2 like I usually see in other hotels. Coffee ran out early on, not replenished.

We called ahead for early check in and were told okay. When we got there we waited and waited to be acknowledged. A guy cleaning a room finally came out and said “No check in until 3:00 and walked away without even giving us a chance to tell him we had called ahead. After being treated so rudely we found other accommodations and didn’t stay there.

Check in is at 3pm. If you check in before noon you will be charged additional day. Before 1pm $30, 2pm $20. Never been told this at any hotel or motel ever and stayed at plenty. The rooms were available, not being cleaned, not busy at all. Very odd? I would also recommend being your own pillow..there’s not so great. Could really use new ones.
