Room was nice, but staff was nonexistent. Lots of loud guest during the overnight hours on the second floor. No easy was to contact staff or even a number to contact staff at. No one at the "lobby" due to construction

This hotel is updating carpet, paint,beds, mattresses and pillows. They are going contactless but do have a caretaker on premise. My room number and code for it didn't come through so the caretaker was very helpful and pleasant to make sure that the code he gave us worked. I would suggest they look for a women's opinion on decor as it didn't flow well. Furniture was mis-matched although everything looked new. For $175.00, the price of the hotel room I would expect better quality towels and at least some donuts or cereal with coffee that is better than what is in the rooms. Bathroom door did not close all the way.

I am sorry that I did not get his name but, the guy who helped check in was very helpful and nice. He tried hard to get room 210 to unlock. We ended up going through our room to the additional room. He tried really hard! He also answered any questions we had.

We had a great stay and the improvements are amazing! It was so night having a kitchen. The pool was not ready yet, but we were aware of that and cannot wait until its complete. The place is night and day from what it was last year.
