Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was very good. Everyone was friendly and most helpful! Breakfast buffet is fresh, including hot and cold items. It was a very positive experience!

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and had opening hours which accommodated our day trips. It is very conveniently located near the old town for restaurants and drinks and near the university pick up point for a lot of the out of town day trips.

Property is in a good central location and staff are very helpful and friendly however the rooms aren’t overly clean and the bathroom is small and quite fashioned. There was a constant smell of drains from the bathroom as there were no plugs in the sink and there was an open drain in the middle of the bathroom floor

Biggest problem was the shower. It keeps changing temperature while you take a shower regarding of the setting. It can get too hot and it burns you. Then if yiu put it a bit towardss cold it turns cold. Impossible to set it right. First day the AC wasn’t working well but they did fix it the same day. Probably a setting issue. The other problem is that they have a few steps to get from lobby to elevator and no ramp. If you have a heavy suitcase hopeffuly there is a man there to help you out.
