We were evacuated from room due to smoke issues late at night. Sat in cement hallway for two hours with NO updates ar all. “kept saying 10 more minutes”. Did offer coffee but it was 11pm. Gave us $20 certificate for restaurant then shut all the restaurants down We knew waterside wasn’t working but one of the hot tubs was broken and pool area was freezing. Lack of communication about evacuation and then shut restaueants was VERY frustrating g!!

Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Coffee was good. Room was very clean.Hot tub very hot but was quite dirty on Saturday afternoon was very clean looking Thursday night when we got there and used it. Is busy hotel. Very friendly staff would stay there again if in Brandon.
