The staff at the comfort Inn is always alert, cooperative, pleasant, professional, and eager to meet the needs of the traveler. There’s always lots of free parking. The air-conditioning was excellent and also quiet. Overall, the good stay. We have chosen to repeatedly stay at this chain when we’re traveling, and have not been desponded.

Checked in and the rooms we were given hadn't been cleaned. They were disgusting. We immediately went back to the front desk and told they we would not be staying here. They told us they would credit us back for our rooms and they still have not. I can't get in touch with a real Expedia agent either.

Hotel is hosting homeless persons. Lots of drug activity, suspicious persons in the halls all night long, security guards on all floors and entrances, dirty and well worn, bathrooms show lots of wear and tear and does the front lobby.
