It was an older hotel but well maintained. I am trying to be fair here. There were some positive things about this hotel, for example, the rooms were big and it was clean. However we did have issues with the maids not coming in to clean one of the days while the roster claimed they did. I went to the front desk to complain, but they never addressed the problem. The decore was cosy and the breakfast was decent. For the price I would say there was good value.

Facility was well maintained, and House keeping was done daily, dining area was neat and food service was always well kept. Breakfast was humble but appropriate with basic choices. Parking area was well lit and one feels safe.It was easily reached even by a tired traveler, Staff was always available and cordial. I will stay again and even recommend.

Shampoo in packets makes this nice hotel seem cheap. They are difficult to open in the shower. No conditioner and tiny bars of soap make it seem cheap too.

Clean room and pretty quiet, could hear the sound of people in other rooms a little bit! We didn’t go to breakfast but saw others coming from there! Easy to check in and parking was easy as well. Clean room. Firm beds!

If you want a very clean inexpensive place to stay that is fairly close to SDC & other area attractions, this is a good choice! Only thing bad was the noise of the AC unit.

Refused to allow service dog!

Manager refussed to allow my ADA Service dog to stay in the hotel, cancelled our reservations, and left us with no place to stay for 2 nights. The manager was VERY rude and hateful and refused to obey ADA regulations.

The place was very nice and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was not nice or friendly. 0 personality during check in and to busy on his phone during check out. A hello or thank you would have gone a long way. Otherwise the place was very good.
