Beware of this place. Aggressive bald host

The only bald guy that works the desk is an aggressive jerk. I paid in advance through Hotels.com & was treated poorly for adding an additional night since my son got sick. I double checked to see if I needed to do anything when I first added it on, he said they would not have to do anything & that we could stay in the same room.The next morning housekeeping came to clear out the room 3 times. We had been put on the leaving list. I called to speak with this “man” about whether or not we needed to do anything because they kept coming to clear us.He said no that they came to him because we were on the clearing out list but “he ran the card & all was good now”. Since I had to give a card at the beginning of the stay I thought he meant he had to run my card for the new night so I asked “what did you run the card for?”Thinking I may have had extra charges that I knew nothing about. He started yelling at me & telling me he didn’t run my card and he would kick me out since I was accusing him of doing it. I was severely confused because I didn’t mishear him say “he ran the card” so I tried to explain I wasn’t accusing him of anything but confused because he said that & I repeated it. He got even more angry & said he would make us leave & would refund it. At this point I didn’t believe a word he said I contacted Hotel.com directly for my refund before leaving. He shut down the keys prior to returning keys & gave a fake name 2 times said no one there was above him to speak to.

All American Inn and Suites for the win

Check-in was a breeze. The front office staff had all reservations neatly stacked and ready for when customers arrived. Check-in took less than 5 minutes before we were headed to our room. We found our room and it was nice and spacious, had a king size bed and a sofa to relax and watch a little bit of tv before we changed and headed out on the town. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The door had an automatic lock but also another lock for added safety. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I loved that this location was off of the beaten path. We live in the country so it was nice not to hear all of the traffic from town.

Can’t beat it for the prize $58 a night and you get breakfast and it’s clean and air condition. The people are nice and sweet. They changed rooms whenever there was some kids that were next to us. They were kind of rowdy for free. Would recommend this place for anybody who wants to get away and not spend much money… Would recommend bringing your own Roku connection so that you can have good TV…

We had a family suite and it was bigger than I expected. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good. I wish the water pressure was harder in the shower but it wasnt too bad. Will definitely stay again!
