Let me start by stating I am a very patience let’s all get along girl, but I will never book this hotel or use Expedia services again. One star is rating this place too high. Our room entrance door had a gap you could look straight outside, bathtub was cracked, hook on the wall was loose, location questionable as far as safety. When I inquired about a refund, hotel personnel replied I could change rooms or I would need to contact Expedia to start a possible refund. Due to safety concerns, we knew we didn’t want to change rooms so I contacted Expedia. I was informed from Expedia personnel all they could do was start the process, but Hotel Management would have to approve the refund. Guess what…… according to Expedia personnel hotel management couldn’t be reached. So, our fun trip to Branson costed us two hotel lodgings fees.
