The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to several Branson attractions. We only stayed one night and it was inexpensive. I took a chance because other reviews were decent. Next time I will pay more for a different hotel. This place needs a refresh. Beds were hard and it wasn’t as clean as I would like. There was a very strong fragrance smell and not a good one. My biggest complaint was the sofa bed. The mattress was stained and appeared to have some mold spots.

Average hotel

The bed blanket was too short because fourth of it was tucked under the mattress. The blanket stopped at my elbows. The first night I was cold. The 2nd night, I adjusted the blanket to a corner tuck for full access of the blanket for both beds. The linen was questionable of cleanliness. It didn't smell freshly washed. It lacked white brightness. The breakfast sucked. I expected bacon slices not bacon bits in powdered eggs. I also expected fresh scrambled eggs. I had to visit Bob Evans for a winner breakfast. The pool room had a strong chlorine scent. I'm sure that why no one used the pool.
