Nice room
The room at Branson Ozarks Inn was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The young man who checked us in was very helpful. The inn is next to Sight and Sound Theater where we attended a play which made it convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Great remodel
Re modeled older motel. I love the remodel with vinyl floors and tile/marble in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed with Large refrigerator.

The Inn was the best value for money we found in the area. Based on the good rating we decided to give it a try and are so glad we did. We have a new go-to place in Branson. The room was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower, which is of course a small thing, but important to me. The fellow who helped us at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. We saw a show at Sight & Sound Theater, and it was a very short drive from the motel. Highly recommended.

If you're going to Sights and Sounds theatre, which we were, you can't get any closer. It was convenient to amenities yet secluded enough to be quiet. It's an older facility but it's been tastefully renovated and was clean

There were holes left in the walls when they took the TV off the wall. The shower dripped constantly and the tub needed to be replaced as it was stained badly. The mattresses were terrible....had a hard time sleeping.

Staff was nice. Easy check in. Breakfast is mainly continental style. They were supposed to have breakfast sandwiches but they were only had 1 left when we were they and the young man could not find any more. Otherwise would probably stay again

Damon was so very accomodating and helpful in making our stay enjoyable. Everything was clean, bed comfortable, quiet And on second floor had view of sunset and walked to Sight and Sound theater. Everything was excellent.

We like the communication between the hotel and the guest they let us know their hours but yet made sure we were able to get into our room. The shower and toilet area could be updated with fresh new shower curtains the towel rack needed to be fixed over the toilet. Overall it was a nice quiet place to stay overnight.

This property is old - no two ways about it; but the owners are trying to make it as clean and worthy of your dollars as they can. A few things: 1) They aren't there all of the time (8am - 6pm usually). So when you want coffee from a coffee pot (not your little "dinky" room dispenser), you're gonna have to wait. BUT - they are available 24 hrs a day by phone, and will call you if you will be checking in after they leave to give your instructions on how to get to your room. 2) IT IS 50 FEET TO SIGHT AND SOUND THEATER - you can literally walk to the theater, a HUGE BONUS!!! 3) The rooms are old, the bathrooms are small, and the mattresses are HARD, so plan accordingly. But, they are one of the only hotels I ever seen that put mattress covers completely around the mattresses - which is a huge plus for me (a germaphobe). 4) There are 2 guys that run that hotel, and the one with short hair (I forget his name) is awesome! He's very friendly, kind, and accommodating. 5) Instead of room keys they have code doors - which I loved because I always lose those key cards. 6) They have better wifi codes than most places making your computer a little safer. 7) They all have LVP flooring - which is great for making the rooms cleaner, and cleaning up after your furry companions.

The front desk and maintenance were very nice. Are a theater room did not work and they switched us to a better room right away no questions asked. The rulers clean the bedding was clean. The bathtub was clean but it definitely needed to be replaced. Overall it was worth what we paid and I would stay here again if needed.
