The customer service was great, but the property was a little rough. Rather than two queens they were two full beds. The rooms were very tight. The furniture under the tv should be narrowed to allow easier traffic. The sheet rock was chipped and the corner with the chair was very dusty/dirty. The workers were helpful though and I appreciate their help.

Excellent value for the money!!!
I was so surprised at how clean this place is. (That is my #1 priority in a hotel!) Every corner was spotless. There were some old cigarettes burn marks on the tub, but it was clean! The hot water was AMAZINGLY hot. The sheets were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. The pillows must be fairly new because they were nice and fluffy. The blanket was a duvet insert that was decently used, but it was fine. They do not have curtains in the room, but do have the higher quality, paper type of blinds that slide up and down by hand. They do block out a good portion of the morning sun. I was there in 2 very cloudy days. On a sunny day that might have been an issue. I loved the location! Minutes from everything yet so extremely quiet. I never heard road noise. I would have liked some sort of table in the room. The fridge and microwave worked great! The grab and go breakfast was perfectly fine. They had fresh donuts, bagels, muffins (packaged) bagels and other breads you could toast. They offered nice size, brand name, chocolate milk, white milk, juices and water. Their lobby closes at 6pm. If you are arriving later than that (which we did), they text you the instructions on how access your room. Their locks are digital codes. My ONLY problem is those beds are unbelievably horrific!! Absolutely the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. I'd stay again. But I would bring a nice thick mattress topper.

The room was clean. The bathroom was a little dated but ckean. Excellent shower pressure. Checkin was simple. We did an over the phone checkin. We were sent a # code. Everything was smooth and convenient. Continental breakfast but nicer than most. Located out of the congestion of traffic but close enough. Right by The Mansion and just down from Sight and Sound if your going to those shows. The hotel has been renovated in the last 2 years. Great price.

Enjoyed our stay, they welcomed our dog and had a nice area for dogs. It was off the main strip but many options to get to all the things Branson has to offer! We enjoyed the breakfast too. We had a request for bottom floor they made that happen too. We will be back

Just okay, nothing fancy.
This is a motel built during the early nineties Branson boom, on the outskirts of town. It closed, and now has just been remodeled and reopened. Everything is new, but cheaply made. Mattresses are standard. No carpet and the fridge was leaking water all over the floor. Grab and go breakfast was muffins or cereal, but no milk. We skipped it and went out for breakfast. Good if you need a cheap motel for a night.

Nice little place to stay. The rooms were all occupied during this time of year. They looked like it was recently remodeled. The breakfast bar wasn’t what I was expecting compared to other places as it was cold cereal and bagels and toast only. Other than that was a good place to stay.

The staff was nice and the free breakfast they provided was better than most places I’ve seen since Covid so it wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed. But the rooms were really ran down, you can tell they just slapped a coat of paint on a ran down hotel and called it “now open”. And when we showed up there was no AC on in the room so it was above 80 in there. Took a few hours to get the temperature down. (Message to the owner) it cost more and puts more stress on your AC units to run them so hard cooling 20 degrees vs just leaving them cooling the entire time. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. We booked this place cause the pictures looked like real beds but we showed up to a metal ikea frame under a spring mattress. It squeaked loud all night anytime you moved even slightly. It says there’s a pool but that’s inaccurate. There’s no pool on site. But if they dropped the price down to motel 6 prices maybe $50 a night max they’d be in better competition for the value. What we paid was just too high for what the place offered.
