We have always loved our stays at Branson Towers. One thing that we didn't know was that they don't serve the dessert at night during Christmas time. My group was a little disappointed when we found that out. I know when its not peak time for them that its understandable, but its still busy in Branson for Christmas.

Need to add some furniture to the room. It appears to have been a hot tub room but now the corner is empty giving the room a cavern like feel and sound. Noise echoed due to the open space.

Our new place to stay in Branson
Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Entire place was clean. Only issue we came across was alot of noise from the people on the floor above us but this was not the hotels problem. We will definitely be staying there again.

The girl we checked in with on Saturday was bubbly friendly eager to be helpful. She was chatty and willing to meet our needs. The girl we checked out with Sunday was very cold. It was obvious we were interrupting her socializing with one of the other employees. She did not listen to what I was told to tell her and she was not interested in attempting to fix the problem. I got charged double. I called back after we left and she still was not interested in helping and said she would pass it off to the manager. Now I have to keep following up.

The lobby was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the breakfast good. The room itself felt like a different hotel. It seemed very out of date and cheap. I’m glad we arrived late and didn’t need much “hang out” time. It got the job done, but we wont stay here next time.

Our room was pretty dirty. Bathroom had lots of stains on the light fixture. Bathroom showed a lot of rust around the door frames. When you turned over in the bed it squeaked loudly. Breakfast was good.

We loved the lobby which was decorated beautifully for Christmas with a huge tree by the piano in front of the open staircase. They do have elevators also. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was very nice. Only thing we didn't like was that the heating unit was hard to regulate. We were hot at night. We stayed three nights. We would definitely stay there again.
