The only complaint my husband and I both have is that there was one chair sitting in the room forcing us to sit on the bed to watch TV. Very uncomfortable.

Poor Service - Watch Your Credit Cards!

Hotel overall was just okay. If you’re looking for something more modern, up to date, this isn’t a good choice. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. We never even touched the couch because there was hair all over it. The jets in the tub need serious cleaning. As with most hotels, they took a card when we checked in just to have on file (although we paid for the room in full when we booked). Two days after we left, I noticed they had charged my card again. This card was an account we only fund to cover what’s scheduled to go through so it caused the account to go into overdraft with an additional 3 overdraft charges totaling over $60. When I called and talked to the hotel, I was informed by the manager she could see where the problem was and would issue back a refund for the charged amount. I kindly asked about the extra charges I would now have to pay to cover the error and her tone changed quickly to “there’s nothing I can do about those. I refunded your money back.” She repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do, even though it was an error on their part. (Audio recording through audio review.) She was clearly annoyed/frustrated and finally said “I can give you my regionals email but that’s all I can do for you.” I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just to make it right. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

Very clean very quiet rooms were missing comfortable chair in rooms as we spent a lot of time between shows. Grounds need attention, handicap parking not marked well. Landscaping in front kind of rough. Pool area very good. Breakfast area very good and help very good.
