It’s a great location for shopping and on the 76 strip. Rooms were nice, the staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

Stayed in 2024 was really pleased with stay so tried it again. Sadly was disappointed in changes that had been made. Only really good thing I can say is the staff were very friendly & helpful. I want be staying here again.

The hotel overall I would say is a two star hotel it does have an indoor pool which is small but it does have a pool for families. The room is a typical hotel room with two queen beds. The bathroom was very small. They still have the old-fashioned shower inside the tub. The sink was outside the bathroom and had a very slow drain, the door to our room did not lock. We notify the staf who did act upon it immediately, but the door once again, did not lock . The temote to the TV did not work we had to get up to turn the TV on and off, and the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast we did not eat, but I did go look at it, and it was the traditional complimentary breakfast that hotels provide. The hotel was right up the street from the outlet mall you could walk to it but due to the high traffic volume and the type of road i would not recommend it.

Not the best stay

We were in building 2, on the 3rd floor. The elevator broke as soon as we arrived and we had to use the stairs the rest of the trip. My husband has a bad back, and it was a major inconvenience. They did not notify us other than a sign on the elevator or offer any assistance.

Check in was okay, we were placed in the other building on the second floor, the ac does not work on this floor- it's cold on the first but as soon as you get off the elevator onto the second floor you're hit with heat. The rooms are so hot and the ac won't cool them off, no matter what you try. I called downstairs and was told there was nothing they could do as they do not have keys to the hallway thermostat- I walked to see what it was set to and it was set to HEAT, it was 80 degrees in the hallway and miserable. They gave us a fan to use- said the owner was not in the area and they could not get ahold of them, I will be calling corporate and have a picture of the thermostat to prove it. Another guest heard and used a wire hanger through the crack and was able to change it it to cool but could not change the degrees, it wouldn't cool down because it was already so hot in the heat of Texas. The pool is heavily chlorinated so beware of your eyes and nose burning the entire time there. Lady at the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful but she can only do so much. Definitely needs to be taken care of- you have paying guests here who didn't pay to sweat and be hot all day and night.
