The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but overall it felt overpriced for what was offered. The room was basic, and while it was comfortable enough, there weren’t many amenities to justify the high cost. No complimentary breakfast, limited facilities, and you had to for parking. It’s not a bad place to stay, but for the price, I expected more. Paying resort fees after the price of the room was absurd. Also, the food was not good enough to justify the price. Definitely, not worth the cost. I’ve had better rooms and service from motels. Also, if you have a room directly across from the elevators, get some earplugs. Should definitely be more sound-proofing for those rooms. And, a bottle of water in the room was $7. That’s crazy.

Air cc onditioner was not working properly Or if it was even worse for such an expensive stay Temp in room was 74 when arrived and never got down until the next morning when We were leaving. Got to 71 The evening we arrived Maintenance man came n Checked it said it was blowing cold air but never got any cooler in our rooms on until the next morning He also said that room may be a room that when the sensor he thought could not be activated by any activity at night when We would be in bed the AC will not run He got another call on his radio to check another room which also was having trouble a AC Every time we got in the elevator w other guest they also had many complaints about the stay Very very very disappointed in this place Had been looking so forward to staying here I will never come bk Couldnt even hv a good nights sleep because it was so warm in the room

Beautiful, spacious room, beautiful scenery, Had no hand soap for 2 days, had to ask for it. Paying $300 for resort fees we did not use is exorbitant!!! Our shower had a broken turn on handle and Keurig didn’t heat; only 2 K cups each day!!!

The balcony for our room was full of spiders, so couldnt do anything on the balcony when it started getting dark. The hot tub literally smelled like dirty mop water, and did not get very hot. The spa at the actual spa place was not working. The outside spa was not working. The outside fireplace did not work. I would have just went to a regular hotel if i knew it would have been this bad.

Smell of dead animal in parking lot. Long wait at reception. Subpar food in restaurant for breakfast only. Extremely long wait for food and service in restaurants for breakfast only. Dinner was amazing and they made a special birthday cake with candles and sang for my daughter. Understaffed for breakfast and at reception. Automated phone when calling reception with nobody available to take calls. Door man was very friendly and opened door and welcoming very nice above and beyond.
