Everything was good and staff very friendly, but we had issues with air and heat. 2 out of the 3 days we had maintenance in our room while we were in it and couldn't get ready or relax. Manager said she would refund our upgrade and hofel fees and was very apologetic, until we checked out and her story changed to i cant give anything back because of corp. Which is a lie. I tried to get her to try and do something and she said her hands were tied. I was very upset and just left. Wont be back!!!

A little concerned

Our stay was great because the conference was held here. But i am very concerned about the hotel’s up keep. When we arrived, the light switch in the bathroom was lying neatly on the bathroom counter. We informed them and they fixed it. The bathroom water faucet fell off when i tried to turn it on and I was able to attach it back. Never knew there are such fall off and attach back faucet. The climax was when we tried to enter the indoor swimming pool area, the whole upper door frame (about 2 feet long, made of metal) of the entrance fell and narrowly missed me and my 9 year old son. They apologized and promised to fixed it and asked if we were alright. We were okay. Thankfully !! We lightly joked what else could fall off in this hotel. But hey what a terrible thought. What else could fall off?! The employees are all very nice and professional.

We arrived at our room and there was hair in the sink. I tried calling the front desk but there was no answer. Once I was able to inform the hotel they said they were sending someone up from housekeeping. When we returned from the pool it was still there. Two of the light switches didn't work on the room as well. The next morning I sent a video of the hair still in the sink and received a response text asking me to rate the hotel! They didn't care.

4 nights in rm 528 they never left a new toilet paper roll. We had to call for one or get one from a maid in the hall. 2 nights in room 828, the phone by the bed didn’t work at all. We tried to call the front desk several times but no one ever answered. When we checked out we each had to carry things to our car two times because no one answered the phone so we couldn’t get help. Other than that we loved our stay.

This is an excellent property with numerous lake and sunset views off the double deck patios. The hotel staff, especially the front desk personal, were always courteous, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were heavenly. Can’t wait till our next visit!

Overall we liked the set up and everything was conveniently located. Bed was clean and comfortable. Outside sidewalks were impassable in sections because of lack of trimming trees and scrubs. Inside stairs had garbage for all the days we were there. The hotel is impressive looking from outside and is located in a beautiful area.

Staff is awesome, rooms where musty and smelly, stuck in the 80's..furniture and carpet! Windows were dirty, couldnt see out of them. Place needs major updating!!!
