Loved the view of the lake and pool area from our King suite. Arrived too late to enjoy the balcony. Maybe next time.
The carpeting is in need of replacement. We stepped on the tacks in the tack strips due to thinning carpet along the edges that separated the tile flooring in the wet bar area from the living room area.
Bathroom accessories are very dated and dusty ( trash can and Kleenex box). Tiles in shower are in need of new grout.
Beds were comfortable but pillows were tiny. Not king size to fit the bed size. One was very hard like a Little Rock and the other was extremely soft and squishy. No extra blankets in the room!
Only 1 person on duty at the front desk. He was doing check-ins, room deliveries and valet service. Didn’t have time to answer the phone before we arrived, we called three different times. He was simply over stretched. Very bad customer service!!
Hire some help so customers don’t wait 10-15 minutes to get checked in. He said the hotel wasn’t busy enough this time of year to warrant more employees being on staff. Bad management choices.
Won’t be in a hurry to stay here again until they remodel and hire some help. Nice location but poor management. Not worth the prices you charge at all.
