Positives: Breakfast, pool (when it's not occupied by teenagers), fitness center, 24 hour coffee, polite staff, location. Negatives: Room was damp! All our clothes, towels, pillows, carpet etc were always damp! Beds were okay but too hard for us.

Nice handicap accessible room

My wife recently had ankle surgery, and needed a room that was handicap accessible. The room we picked was on the bottom floor, had a roll in shower with a shower chair also a recliner which all helped to make our Branson stay very comfortable

It was more than adequate accomodations for our stay. Breakfast every morning with plenty of options to please everyone in the family. More than anything else, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. When they were asked for assistance or supplies, they responded immediately.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean, and the included free breakfast is much better than other hotels I have experienced. The very minor issues were the indoor pool did not appear to have the heat functioning and was too cold for multiple guests. Also the soda/drink vending machine was empty but did not say sold out, so it ate our money. The staff was very helpful in getting it refunded.

The staff at this hotel is unusually helpful, efficient, professional, responsive, and friendly. I have rarely seen any that measure up to this staff. The parking area is roomy, well lighted, in great condition, and easily accessible. The location of the property is convenient to attractions, dining, and shopping, but is also quiet. The only thing this property needs is a bit of investment in updating the mattresses, drapes, and a good carpet cleaning. These things are primarily cosmetic, because the building itself is fine and seems to have been well kept.

Nighttime staff is excellent! Dont get me wrong, day time staff is ok, but not as friendly or courteous as the front desk and housekeeping in the evening who provided really great customer service (better than ok). Great location for us. Facility is decent, pool and spa good, pool table requires four quarters so that was annoying and the cleanliness of the rooms was just average.

Love this hotel. Have stayed multiple times with family. Nice clean rooms. Beautiful indoor pool and a great hot breakfast. Great location right off the strip but close enough to the attractions

The room itself was basically ok but not as nice as I expected for the price and the descriptions online. The location is good and the bed was comfy. The toilet area in the bathroom was very tight/small.
