When we arrived the office doors were locked, even though the front desk was advertised as being open until 10:30 pm. I told them we would be there at 8 pm. I had to call and wait for someone to come unlock the door. There was a very limited breakfast, as opposed to the advertised full breakfast. We were in a handicap accessible room, but the breakfast room was down a flight of stairs, which were not accessible. The bed was squeaky and marginally comfortable. When my husband went to checkout the front desk was again unmanned and the front door was locked. Luckily there was an outside drop box for the keys.

Everything was great about our stay, can't speak about breakfast because we didn't check it out. But check in and check out was a breeze, nice hotel in a central location it meet our needs for the trip for a night. We would stay here again.

Front desk lady who worked over night, we’re assuming is the “owners” wife, was very disrespectful. Absolutely will not be staying again. We called and told the property we would be arriving later than expected, had gotten to the hotel and called to let them know we were at the hotel, per their request, had gotten lost and then when we found out there to go we were met with a woman yelling at us for not knowing where to go, speaking to us like we were imbeciles. She also stood inside with the door cracked while making us stand outside in the cold finally let us in only to be met with more yelling for not answering our phone when she had called.

Front desk staff- check in was great. Upon entering room- great. But a few things to note- bathtub was definitely old and needed an upgrade- like peeling and just didn’t look to par. The beds weren’t bad, but there was literally no blankets, it was a slightly and I mean slightly thicker sheet for a top. I like to have my room freezing, and get under blankets, thankfully I brought my daughter’s blanket for her. Room was clean, and no smells. No bugs. Etc. breakfast was good, hot meal, and cereals, along with waffle maker. All in all, yes we’d stay here again for sure! Only came in contact with one person who wasn’t not friendly back to us, upon us saying hello. All other staff was great and friendly!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room for the price we paid. Beds were comfortable, pillows were thick and plush! Plenty of plug ins, nice counter tops, faucets, EXCELLENT water pressure! The breakfast was delicious for a hotel! It wouldn’t hurt to throw some fresh fruit out there. The only complaints I would have is there was a lot of stuff in the breezeways that didn’t need to be there, and both mornings we were there, when we passed the housekeeping area it reeked of marijuana. I understand it’s legal, but just have a little respect and walk away from the property a bit to smoke. Overall I was VERY impressed with this hotel, and would stay here again in the future!

Room was clean and plenty of room to move around not cluttered up with wall to wall. Handy phone usb chargers throughout the room! And handy book light attached to Head board. Breakfast was ok for variety, only complaint would be eggs, biscuits, gravy not much flavor and dry. But the owners was supper nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again!

This facility was an excellent value. Our room was clean, everything worked as it should, breakfast was typical "full" motel breakfast, parking lotvwas well lit, staff was friendly and attentive. Would absolutely recommend this facility if your are visiting Branson MO

Room was updated and comfy enough but still needs a lot of work overall bit desperately needs new & decent towels. Breakfast was basic and could use some boiled eggs or other variety because the “scrambled” eggs were tasteless. Needs some type of real coffee creamer and not just powdered packets. Questionable on if we’d stay there again overall. Just lots of little things.

Then room was dirty no refrigerator or microwave. Shower curtain looked like it had never been cleaned. First morning no hot water. Property had old furniture all around. Never will stay there again!!!
