Our room was a bit small but was perfectly adequate for the two of us. A second chair would have been nice. This hotel has been completely refurbished and I don’t mean just a paint job. The hotel is near to everything so, no matter where you’re going from the hotel, it won’t be a long drive. It’s off of Hwy 76 a few blocks which keeps you away from noisy traffic. I can’t say enough about the staff and management. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned to perfection while we were out. All in all it was a nice stay.

We booked a room at the Baymont by Wyndham Branson Thousand Hills We chose to pay upon arrival. When we drove into the parking lot, the property was in fact a drive up motel. There were kids running up and down the walkway/balcony area, people standing in the same area smoking and a group of men smoking and drinking in the pool area. We opted not to stay and called to cancel our reservation. We were IMMEDIATELY charged the full amount for two nights. Expedia said they had no control over the charges and the motel said they had no control over the charges. I will NEVER book through Expedia ever again. If a property is not what they advertise, travelers should have an option to cancel. It shouldn’t matter if it is a same day booking or not!

I was fine for one night. The mattresses were comfortable but did not fit the metal bed frame, so that was somewhat an eye-sore & would hit my knee on the frame. Breakfast was above standard fare with "made to order" omlets. Still remodeling several rooms.
